Q 我還沒有收到包裹應如何處理?

A 如你有包裹的物流號,你可以到我們的訂單查詢頁查看。如沒有,請與我們的客服人員聯絡WhatsApp 點擊查詢


Q 我應如何支付我的訂單?

A 我們的網站可以支持多種支付方式,如: Payme, Alipay HK, FPS轉數快, 支付寶, 中國銀行過數。海外客戶可以使用PayPal。


Q 你們的網站安全嗎?

A 您可以放心,在我們網店購物是安全的。收款在網站外進行,不會造成外洩風險。關於地址一般我們只郵寄順豐站等取貨地點。


Q 如果我收到錯誤或破損産品應如何處理?

A 得知您收到了錯誤或破損産品,我們深感遺憾。請儘快與我們聯絡 WhatsApp 點擊查詢 請包含您的訂單號、您應該收到的物品的名稱/產品代碼以及任何進一步的詳細信息。


Q 我可以修改訂單內容嗎?

A 一旦您下訂單,就無法修改任何詳細信息,我們的倉庫團隊會直接收到訂單,並且已經開始處理您的訂單。

Q 是否有提供售後服務?

A 所有首飾的配件,1年內免費維修。特別零件或需要額外收費,請諮詢報價。

珍珠頸鏈1年內1次免費換線服務。

超過時限收費維修。來回郵費自理。



關於運送

Q 我可以選擇甚麼方式運送商品?

A 我們只提供 SF express 運送。如訂單滿350元即可享有本地順豐站免運費,或運費到付。


Q 你們還有甚麼地區可以按排送貨的?

A 我們只會寄送以下地區: 香港,澳門及台灣。海外需要支付額外費用。

客戶有責任支付收件地區的稅款。


Q 通常多久發貨?

A 通常下單後,大約2-5個工作天內寄出産品。缺貨會另行通知。



關於退換

Q 你們有退換服務嗎?

A 一般來說,飾品屬於私人物品,不設退換。為了使客戶有更好的體驗,如果收到商品3天內,沒有使用過,可以退換貨,但必須符合以下條件:

  • 耳環貼身物品,非質量問題,不設退換

  • 商品沒有使用過

  • 商品必須完好無損

  • 商品必須附有所有標籤並使用原包裝(包括禮品一並退回)

  • 請拍照與客服人員確認後再寄出包裹

  • 否則不予退款

  • 感謝支持與理解!



Q 你們會退回貨品的運費嗎?

A 很抱歉,我們不提供免費退貨。任何退貨費用將由您自費。


Q 如果我收到錯誤或破損産品應如何處理?

A 得知您收到了有破損的產品,我們深感遺憾。在購買後 3天內與我們聯 WhatsApp 點擊查詢 ,並附上故障產品的圖片,我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。


Q 通常處理時間是多久?

A 我們會盡快處理您的退貨,但有時在您將商品退還給我們後,可能需要長達 14 天的時間來處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 14 天后仍未收到電郵,請即與我們聯繫 WhatsApp 點擊查詢,並提供您的回郵收據中的郵資信息證明,我們將對此進行進一步調查。


Q 如何查看我的退換狀態?

Q What if I have not received my order?

A If you have tracking number, you can go to our order tracking page. If not, please feel free to contact us at WhatsApp 點擊查詢.


Q How can I pay for my order?

A We accept the following payment cards: Payme, Alipay HK, FPS轉數快, 支付寶, BOC bank transfer. Overseas customers can use PayPal.


Q Is it safe to order online?

A You can rest assured that shopping with our website is safe. Payment is collected outside the website and does not pose a risk of leakage. Regarding the address, we generally only mail to pickup locations such as SF Express stations.



Q What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

A We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at WhatsApp 點擊查詢 with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details.



Q Can I make changes to my order?

A Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receives orders directly and will have already started processing your order.




About maintenance

Q Do you provide after-sales service? A All accessories will be maintained and repaired free of charge within 1 year. Special parts may require additional charges, please inquire for a quote.
Pearl necklace replacement service is free once within 1 year. Repairs will be charged after the time limit. You are responsible for shipping fee.


About Delivery


Q What are my delivery options?

A We use SF express to ship our deliveries. You can enjoy free shipping on order over HKD350, otherwise, there is a HKD 30 shipping fee per order.


Q What countries do you deliver to?

A We currently deliver to following countries:Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Overseas additional charges apply.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay taxes in the region where they are received.


Q How long does it uaually take to ship?

A Usually after placing an order, the product will be shipped within about 2-7 working days.      




About Return and Refund


Q What is your returns policy?

A Generally, jewelry is personal goods so that cannot be returned or exchanged. In order to give customers a better experience, if you received the item within 3 days and not used, you can return, but it must meet the following conditions:

  • The earrings if not quality issues, cannot returnable or exchangeable.
  • Item has not been used
  • Items must be in good condition
  • Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging
  • Please take photos and confirm with customer service staff before sending the package.Otherwise no refund will be given.
  • Thank you for your supports and understanding!

Q Do you offer free returns?

A Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any returns will be at your own expense.


Q What if my product is faulty?

A We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team at WhatsApp 點擊查詢 within 30 days of purchase, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.


Q How long does it take to process my return?

A We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been received e-mail after 14 days of confirmation, please contact us at WhatsApp 點擊查詢 with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.


Q How can I track the status of my return?

A Once received your package, check that it is eligible for a refund and you will receive an email confirmation that the payment may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
